Rules (Must Read)

Please obey and follow these rules.

-No SPAMMING
No one likes SPAMMING, right? It's stupid, pointless, annoying, messages. No double posting unless in it's the SPAM board.

-No Flaming
Flaming is harsh insults without a given and acceptable reason. This may hurt someone's feelings.

-Age Limits
If you live in the U.S., and you are under 13, you must have a parent/guardian's permission to join. This doesn't count towards people living in another country. This forum is focused on tweens 10 and above.

-Advertising
If you advertise, it should be a website. Not a forum or oekaki, or topsites.

-Theft
Stealing is not allowed. If you are found stealing, you will be banned.

-Adult Content
Anything that has porn, sexual content, or extreme violence is NOT allowed. If anyone posts this they will be immediatly banned without a given warning.

-Cursing
Cursing is allowed on this bulletin board, just please don't overuse it.

Yes, it is okay with me.

Whats so bad about a topsite? I know you don't want to lose members like a forum being posted, but with a topsite, all you do is put your site in it and your done. You don't talk or anything. All you do is put your site in. Besides, some members don't even have sites.

erm...is it okay if I kinda...went overboard with testing on the test board? I became to optimistic about joining the site, that I forgot I'm not supposed to double post.

Well, topsites are different. I'll allow them for right now. You can test as much as you want
